The Knockout stages of the Summer League start on 24th October with the quarter-finals of the Summer Ko and the Summer Plate. The semi-final draw will be made on 24th October with the matches to be played on 31st October at neutral venues. The final to be played on 7th November at Rileys.
topQUALIFICATION FOR THE SUMMER MAIN / PLATE DRAWS.
For the SUMMER MAIN KNOCKOUT. 4 BEST GROUP WINNERS receive home advantage in the Quarter Finals. The remaining GROUP WINNER plus the 3 BEST RUNNERS UP will be drawn against them.
For the SUMMER PLATE KNOCKOUT. The 2 Remaining RUNNERS UP plus the 2 BEST 3RD place teams receive home advantage in the Quarter Finals. The 3 remaining 3rd place teams and best 4th placed team will be drawn against them.
As Group A plays more games than the remaining groups, qualification will be based on average points per game for all groups. Also Group E has a team which withdrew so those results will be deducted at the end of the campaign and will be based on 6 games played.
topALL CURRENT AND NEW TEAMS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) WHICH IS BEING HELD @ RANGERS CLUB ON SUNDAY 17TH OCTOBER 2010.
ANY ISSUES OR PROPOSALS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE LEAGUE SECRETARY BY NO LATER THAN 3RD OCTOBER 2010. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE AND WILL NOT ALLOWED FOR DEBATE ON THE NIGHT OF THE MEETING.
